Singing

When it comes to music I'll give everything a whirl. It's been a huge part of my life since as far back as I can remember.

As well as taking singing lessons, I learned to play the guitar and trained as a youngster in ballet, tap and jazz. While I wasn't destined for The Royal Ballet, I love to dance and my tap shoes are always ready for an outing.

Between musicals, singing in bands and songwriting with my guitar, I'm a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to music - and love it all!

Funky Nature

I've been singing with Funky nature since 2019. Here are a few recent music videos but to find out more about the band, gigs and what's happening next, please take a look at the website www.funkynature.co.uk

Musicals & Shows

I started classical and musical theatre vocal training when I was around 12 years old and fell in love with showtunes and telling stories through music. Having performed in a number of local theatre productions before heading off to London, I've enjoyed a lot of on-stage experience over the years. If I had to chose, comedy really is my bag, but I'll throw myself at any opportunity to belt out a few numbers! The picture opposite is from my time as The Fairy in the adult panto "Tinderella" performed at Above The Stag Theatre over the Christmas of 2015.

And in case you missed it on the other page, here's a snippet of me as Nell in 'Stand & Deliver' at The King's Head Theatre

Singing The Blues

After getting involved in the local music scene in Isleworth, West London, I'm now also a singer for The Big Blues Consortium, a band celebrating the best of the blues. It's still early days for this band due to the pandemic, but we streamed a performance back in September 2020 and are looking forward to the promise of more gigs as things begin to open up again this summer!

Going Solo

I'm also happy to go it alone when it comes to singing and have performed a number of solo gigs for weddings, parties and events. If you'd like to know more, please just get in touch.
